| Ink on 12" x 16" watercolor paper. This is the original (rejected) line art for the cover of the book The Grave Robber's Daughter. I wrote about this on my blog Here Lies Richard Sala, describing how I decided (before painting this line art) to take the character of Judy Drood off the front cover so that the evil clowns would be looming over the little figure of Nellie Kelly instead. Still has all the lightly penciled measurements for where the text would have gone. Will be neatly signed. |
